The most bothersome thing about this, after watching the news report on it this morning, is that women who return to work after giving birth, are given three months to get back to the weight they were at before they had the baby. One woman interviewed said that some mothers are not breastfeeding their child because of the increased caloric intake that it requires.
The only concessions made if a woman needs a costume in a larger size is if she has had breast augmentation.
Back in the day, I seem to recall the Playboy Club having similar rules, but I think it was how the costume fit.
They claim that the men are subjected to the same rules that the women are, but somehow if a guy gained 20 pounds in muscle, the hotel wouldn't complain.
