I was watching a bit on this on TV. The thing that bothered me that I got from it is that it seems the 7% is based on current weight. If a person is already below what a healthy weight for that person is this they are penalized more than a waitress that weighed in over what she should be.
Also, there are many people who like a woman with a little more meat on them than others. I'd think a casino should be better able to provide an edge for them than the costume or body style of the staff.
