I have mixed feelings about this one. Who wants their weight monitored by their boss?
But then again, who wants their favorite casino to lose its edge... seems that by stating it outright like this, everyone has those expectations going into the job. Those who are in the job have every right to leave as the new policy is put into place. The only disgruntled person mentioned in the article seems to have no bearing on the actual situation - she gained weight for medical reasons (a change in medication) - such a weight difference would NOT be a just cause for her to be fired.
