All women are different, and feel different things with each pregnancy. There have been cases where very large women don't know their preggers at all, until they deliver. My wife's aunt, was pregnant 3 times, and didn't know until a few days before. Just remember, all people feel different things, at different times, so yes, it is possible to not feel preggers, and be pregnant.
