I would think the stimulation of feeling you would be enough for him-I've been with huge guys, am tiny (or short-not sure how you'd classify that!) and the disparity in size was never an issue. Perhaps he is over-thinking and THAT is the reason for his hesitation in cumming? Distraction is a definite O-killer all-around. Maybe some fantasy play to take both your minds off the goal......I agree with Ironmaiden, once you get to the point of pain, there isn't much more you can do, so you need to avoid that and get more creative.
