The moment someone gets pregnant, the morning sickness starts kicking, the weight gaining, the emotional craziness, and the total change overall. I can't see how a woman would have no clue that she is pregnant. Not only does the stomach starts growing, but your entire body changes and you'd have to be in denial not to notice.
But, some women usually get their period throughout their pregnancies, in that case, it's usually difficult to detect that she is pregnant.
