I know it varies from one person to another...it's just that my experience has been that I knew just about right away. The first time, I literally remember getting up to go to the bathroom for some tissue and thinking, "well, that did it." It's hard to understand what seems like someone being so very out of touch with their own body. I guess everyone's different.
