I would say that the quickest way would be to move all the documents that were in the "my documents" folder into a new folder in a spot that is accessible to both accounts (I.e. make a folder called c:\stuff and move all the stuff that was in the "my documents folder" into the c:\stuff folder). This should allow you to move the files without needing admin access on that account.
Note: you may want to redo the permissions of the files moved to make sure that "everyone" has permission to view the files.
