The 'Pose Method' for runners
Hi all. Has anyone had any experience with Dr Ivanov's 'Pose Method' for runners? It is a style of running that was developed in the 1970s that is supposed to reduce strain on the knees and hips. From reading Runner's World, I understand it may be enjoying something of a comeback, but it has its sceptics as well.
Being a keen runner I would love to keep going for as long as I can so if you have found it to be effective in reducing stress on the knees I would be interested to hear from you, or anything else you may know of the method, pros and cons.
