As far as I know, theres a difference in 64 bit processors, some are only for socket 754, and some are for only socket 939. I could be wrong though. I'm currently looking through abit/asus/dfi, hopefully I can find one that will work good with my video card, because right now the geForce MX400, PCI card, is killing me.
