I am sure there are many people who can relate to this thread, it's something that we all deal with some time or the other. I can definitely relate, it's difficult to feel that way, a rough day, week, or month is something that is common, and usually it's difficult to get yourself through, but I usually tell myself that there are better days ahead, and I tend to look forward for them, and that gets me through. Another thing that helps me, is writing, I often write and let out whatever is eating me and that helps a lot. You can always speak to people, it's a known fact that speaking about your problems, whether big or small, can help you a great deal.
