Sometimes when Im down, I try to cheer someone else up, send a little note...make a phone call or two, to take my mind off ME (thats not the ONLY time I do that kind of thing)
Sometimes I lock myself in my room and put on a movie I know is gonna make me have a good cry and I feel tons better.
