i am 43 and have never had a cup of coffee. but, coke, dr. pepper, ice tea were staples for a long long time, even right before bed. i started having problems getting to sleep and stopped hitting caffeine after 6pm.
now, if i have any caffeine whatsoever anytime near 6, i am up till three in the morning.
sometimes i forget and ask myself why i can't get to sleep, and then remember i was at a meeting an had a diet coke or something.
