I dont think it matters how much the engine is modified or not. People can put over 70 grand in their car, and when it comes time to sell it, not really be able to get more than 10000 if their lucky. I dont know much about Mustangs, buy damn, 9 grand for an '89. Was anything rare about it, was it white, was it possibly vanilla ice's mustang?
