Eating healthy and being active and drinking water, just generally taking care of yourself, should be something to make you smile. Your body may not look like you hoped, but you are making healthy choices that positively affect things besides your weight, and that's awesome.

I second the seeing the doctor thing. Even if nothing is wrong, you may be able to consult with a professional on the best weight loss plan for you.
