GW Bush and "skulls and bones"

I have a freind that claims that the “Hook ’em, ’horns” also is a secrete sign of the skulls and bones and that bush makes the sign at more occasions than at games. I think my friend is nuts but he has a lot of pics when bush makes the “Hook ’em, ’horns” sign at numerous occasions...
Anybody knows more of this  ?
