I've been nothing but happy with Newegg. I've been using them for several years and while their prices aren't always the very lowest of online shops, I've always found their prices to be much better then buying at a local retail shop.
Every item I've ordered from Newegg has shipped ontime and I've received it on or before the estimated delivery date from UPS. I have never had to return an item to them.
Call me crazy, but any place that allows you to return an item 2 times and on the 3rd time they tell you that they don't have the item in stock and refunds your money is a good company to do business with.
