I've been threatened with a beating many times, but only once has someone given me a death threat. It wasn't all that serious. Just some young guy and his testosterone working overtime.
Since she's young and hot headed, chances are it's all talk. If you're worried about, go the cops. If you're not, well, fuck it. Next time she threatens you tell her "if you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can imagine." and do the Jedi thing with your fingers. If she didn't want to kill you before, chances are the embarassment from your response will take her the rest of the way.
