I'm thinking that internet explorer can't play gif's any faster than 10/100th's of a second per frame. Mine needs to be 3/100th's of a second. I've been trying tons more stuff and I simply can't get any gif that any program makes to play faster than that in IE (although they always work fine in firefox).
Unless someone can confirm that internet explorer has this limitation, I have to something to ask of you all.
If it wouldn't be too much to ask, I'd like some other people to try to make a gif with frame delay of about 3/100th's of a second and see if it plays that fast in IE. And of course post if it worked or not. Thanks to anyone who trys.
