Yep, they're fast (when things work) but then their dropship formula works for many vendors these days. They are not impressive at handling problems. As with any reseller, some of their prices aren't competitive, shipping can be stupid high (add RAM and a couple fans and cry), and while they have a good catalog for ideas they often don't carry something I need. I've used them much less than I used to this past year, though their catalog is handy.
