I've been trying to make an animated gif and the speed is always too slow in IE and explorer (the file browser) but it's just fine in firefox. I've tried using 3 different programs (Ulead Gif Animator 5, Coffeecup 7, and Gif Movie Gear) and they all resulted in the same thing...well except the ulead one was better optimized than the rest, but they all went the same slow speed in IE and explorer and went fine in firefox.

So, is there anyway to fix it for IE?

in case it helps, I'm using winXP with all updates except SP2. I had my roommate try it on his system with win2000 and it did the same thing.
