I teach a martial arts class in our city's old armory. One day before class, by fiance saw a man hanging from the ceiling (as in suicide) in one of the bathrooms. He was there for a split second and then vanished.
About 2 months later, while I was teaching I looked to my left and observed a man walking past me in an adjacent hallway. He turned and looked at me and as he looked forward again, he vanished. He was semi-transparent and completely transparent below the thighs. I just stood and stared at him walking by. One of the students commented, "You see a ghost?" I responded, "I think so."
When I got home, I told my fiance about the encounter. When we swapped descriptions, it was the same man. Middle-aged man, very pale skin and dark hair, black glasses and wearing a blue janitor like jumpsuit. When I quit teaching there, I plan on asking my employer (the city) about the building. Until then, I don't want them thinking their instructor is nuts.
