I usually count to 500 (about eight and a half minutes) after I finish. If she hasen't finished by then, you might be doing something wrong. Sometimes I change positions, trying to get the g-spot orrub the clit more. After you finish, it's okay to speed up a bit (as long as she doesn't mind)! It might help you maintain rigidness.
