You are probably increasing the size of your abs and obliques, creating even more prominant "love handles" ...to get rid of fat on any part of your body, the best cure is RUN ...and if you dont like running, learn to like it, as it is pretty much the most time and money efficient, practical and easy way of burning calories. Dont just jog along either, run like you stole something.
