Those will probably be the last bit of fat to hang onto your body. I don't think you can really zero in on an area when looking to burn fat. If you really really want to get rid of them, and you've lost all other fat, I'd recommend tightening up the diet to go along with your exercise.
If you haven't already, try figuring out your basal metabolic rate and (gag) counting calories to help you reach your goal. The last bit of fat is always a bitch...it hangs on the hardest. Good luck!
