My school is using a system that makes it so that you have to login to a webpage before you are able to use the internet. How would I create a system so when someone new connects to my router it takes them to a page that I desire and they are not able to surf unless they go through that page. To be more specific I want to limit them to only be able to sure if they have a certian page up on their comp. Like a top banner frame, that they must have up in order to use the internet. How do I do this and what would it be called? I would have done the research on my own but I have no clue to what you could call something like this. Thanks.
