I usually listen to "heavier" stuff in the winter, since the weather induces depressing and moody feelings on me. Somehow I want to be left alone (but ironically I also want to be found out

) and get my mind off academic things and on more "arcane" concepts of social life, introspection, relations, etc. Only a few albums succeed in satisfying my emotion-venting needs...
So, what's your favorite music album(s) for the winter?
Mine are:
Anathema - A Silent Enigma (by far my most winter-y album)
Anathema - Eternity
Explosions In The Sky - Those who tell the truth shall die, those who tell the truth shall live forever
This year's runner-ups for a place in my "winter albums" elite selection:
Isis - Panopticon
A Perfect Circle - Mer de Noms
Katatonia - Viva Emptiness
