If you think you need valium, you are already on the road to self medication, another way of saying an addict. Repeat that to yourself many times....
Try figuring out what the REAL problem is you are trying to cover with medication. Then, discuss this with a qualified pro. They will help you decide if meds are the right path or if you need to deal with things another way or a combination of all the above. In any event, this is serious stuff and a path you can't retrace once you embark on the journey.
