I also had very high expectations for Oceans 12. I loved the original Oceans 11, and I really enjoyed the styalized and offbeat humor of the remake.
Oceans 12 superceded my expectations in every way. The team was hilareous, each alowing their character to develope and grow, while still remaining the same at the core. The Pitt Cloony team was inspire, as I still thought Cloony was just a face until I watched this. Damon's Linus played the newb expertly, my favorite scene being the one in the resturant with the codes (I figure that's obscure and general enough not to warrent a spoiler). Also, Catherine Zeta Jones has never looked better. I'd give this a 9/10 for true style, comic timing, and a clever writing/directing/music combonation.
