I think this is kinda of tricky, because I don't believe that any sexual act is *casual.* But for the purpose of this thread, I'll go along.
It's easier for a guy to get casual blows because that's all it needs to be for them. It's out, it's going, it's over, thanks.
For a woman, it's like an appetizer. If we get a little, we want more. I also think that women tend to think of cunnilingus as more intamate the blowjobs. Come to think of it, I think women have a whole slew of hangups ( I know they're not hangups, per se. -just they analyse it way more) about oral sex.
