That was a ConcertMaster series ... grand piano WITH synthesizer thing. They're actually kind of cool.

Nevermind. I just watched it in it's entirety that is not a ConcertMaster.
Anyway, there were more problems than just the guitar here. It sounded like some of the strings were out too.
Amy Lee was flat throughout the entire thing. I'm thinking she had a cold and they had to transpose the song. Her vocal was obviously auto-tuned, but auto-tune only corrects to the NEAREST pitch so if she was horribly out of tune it will correct incorrectly. Does that make sense?
Since she was playing a "keyboard" instead of a real piano I am going to assume that she did not know how to transpose the song on her own. You can transpose an entire keyboard so that the player just plays it normally but the notes are transposed.
She also said, "Sorry" in the very beginning to the conductor. What was that all about?
This is a classic example of a group of people (excluding the orchestra) with very little performing experience.
