As much as I love the guy, it seems as though there has been some suspect decision-making along the way.

From what I've gathered, it seems almost inevitable that these kinds of things will happen. I figure that he's such a dreamer with such strong images of what he wants to see in his mind that he struggles with the smaller things to get everything perfect and isn't that good at managing overall projects. I think this is the way I'd be if I made movies too, which is why I stick to much, much smaller art projects
