i believe that oral sex should be the same both ways....
i think that most people take a blowjob as the first sexual act in a relationship... since it's not really as big of a deal as anything else... other than hand jobs... i'm assuming girls on average arn't as confortable having a mens mouth all over and in there gentials.....
