Iraq was not a threat to us - only to their neighbors - the ones they could walk to! The export of terrorism, the funding of terrorists, and the giving of safe haven to them was a threat - a threat not only to us but to the entire world. N Korea could become that type of threat if they continue their efforts to spread what ever nuclear technology they possess to others who are willing to pay for it.
