^mal - keep in mind I do *not* live in the US..so 1. not all ingred's are avail here .. and 2. this time of year I've not the patience to convert to euro measures.
(although the homemade cappucino is a good idea, i know they're also very picky, and don't do real sugar in their cappucino).
oh, and I don't have a blender....they are avail here, just never need one (maybe by next summer i'll buy one for drinks, as I should be able to afford a nice liquour stock by then
