luke warm water and loads of it. gets all the crap out your eyes.
Once i was on top of my roof a home fixing a tile and got some dust in both my eyes. took me about 5 minutes to find that ladder and couldn't see shit. about 15 minutes with my eyes under the tap soon done the job.
