before i was on the pill i was using pull out (we still use that), condom (we stil use that too) and sponges...but they have these cool tube thingys that like have thsi blue/clear gel spermicide and she can just put that in there

but keep using a condom for gods sake ..and surgery? hes probably under 30..who would want to have sugery!!
