Actually I have 2 ti4200's and they both do the same thing. I think its either the video card drivers or DirectX. I have another computer and I tried the cards and they worked fine. The problem doesn't happen until I install all the drivers (probably should have mentioned that before). Now that I think about it, it might be the mobo, but I've never had problems with it before. Im going to install windows 2000 and hope that works.
