Seeing as I work for Cingular, I think I could give ya some pointers on that one. Wait till the end of your contract or withing 90 days of it ending. That is when they will give you the good deals. if it's past your contract end date, they may have a better deal. Also, asking for your contract end date and if there are cancelation fees, or even mentioning something another carrier is offering that your intrested, flags you as a retention risk, giving you al litle more leverage. and as an added word of advice, be friendly, and polite. the ruder and harder you push the less we like it and the less we help. That's my advise, oh...Supervoisors have to follow company policy more then the customer care reps too.
