I wouldn't have a problem with MMF, provided that the other M was someone I didn't really know. I'm sure my wife feels the same way about that one. I think it'd have to be in another city though. MFF of course would be good, but not with any of her friends. She has the smugliest friends I ever seen.
I agree that MMFF would be preferable to MMF though.
