See how long you have left on your contract, if it is close to expiring then they will give you the deals. I found another way but it wasn't easy. I have a V400 but that thing has been a pain in my ass, I will need my third phone this year. And since my phone is under warranty, they opted to replace it with the V551. But of course this doesn't help you in any way.
