I want a new cell phone ,but I don't want to pay full cost of a good one.I see deals from cingular all the time about if you sign up with them they will give you huge discount on a new phone.But the problem I have is ,I already have an contract with them.So anyways I was wondering if I go into their store and demand the same deal a new customer would get would they give it to me or would tell me no and I would have to pay the full cost of one.

Some people say call the 1800 number an threaten to cancel and pay the cancellation fee they would offer the deal.
