I'm told I'm very talented at this...
I don't really have a "trick". I sort of approach the breast holistically. I mix up what I'm doing with my mouth--I don't do any one thing for very long. And I cup the breast with sort of flat fingers while I'm doing it. Digging your fingers into it is a no-no.
