I do everything only once a week, as i'm on max ot since 2 1/2 months, one of it's principles is working a muscle only once a week. I've made very good progress (i'm a beginner) i packed 10 pounds of muscle and reduced my Fat % from 23 to 16. You should try it, it's free:
