I wouldn't do anything remotely illegal, it isn't good for the reputation of your business. I think spamming him, sending 1500 emails/day @ about 500kb/email for about a month would be the best thing to do. After the first day, call him by phone.
I'd also publish as much dirt on him company as possible.
