I think it has an auto-leveling rear suspension but I don't know if that would do what that car does. I've seen the commercial, too, and I think what you're seeing is just a weighty car with a psuedo sporty suspension leveling out on it's struts.
BTW, does that commercial insult the "real" luxury brands by throwing in a Lexus in the mix? I think there's a GS400 in with the M-B's and BMW's.
