You're right, Arizona State should be in front of Iowa, because they beat Iowa soundly. The fact that they've played 2 top-5 teams helps their strength of schedule greatly, but the fact that they got beat by a combined 72-7 hurts alot. Computers don't take the score into account anymore, or the spread would cancel out the "tough" schedule. ASU is 1-2 against ranked opponents, so they're obviously not that great. So yes, they should be 20, and Iowa 22 or 23, but that's not too big a difference.
