Yeah, I went from a 42inch waist to 38 in less than 6 months. Mostly, I stopped buying stuff like cookies, pies, etc... I just can't stop from eating that crap when it is in my house. Going from 38 to 36 is a little harder, but I feel so good looking compared to how I felt at 42.
