i can make no statement on the mans character myself, but i hear he is an incredible gentleman off the field. As a coach, i think he blows. He inhereted a championship caliber team from Jimmy Johnson, and drove it into the ground. As for replacements, im not sure. Spurrier has taken his hat out of the ring, and thank god. Not cut out for NFL. Im thinking maybe the pats defensive coordinater, romeo cromell, would be good
