The Dolphins would have sucked this year, regardless of their coach. And they will likely suck next year also.
I don't know much about Dave's coaching ability, but I do know that the Dolphins are lacking talent-wise, and until they take serious steps to improve, it isn't going to matter who's coaching them. They will still be a losing team.
